Shrimp Croissant Canap

A delicious canap made with croissants filled with a mixture of crab sticks, shrimp, lettuce, and rosa sauce.



Ingredients

  • 4 crab sticks
  • 4 shrimp
  • 1 egg
  • rosa sauce
  • lettuce
  • 4 small croissants
Steps

Boil and peel the egg. Place the egg in a saucepan with cold water and a tablespoon of salt, bring to a boil. Once boiling, let it cook for about 10 minutes. Then, cool and peel the egg.


Wash and finely julienne the lettuce leaves. Chop the egg and crab sticks into small pieces. Mix them well with the lettuce and two or three tablespoons of rosa sauce. Peel the shrimp, removing the head and skin.


Fill the croissants with a tablespoon of the crab stick and lettuce mixture, and place a shrimp inside.
