Baked Chicken Wings with Salad

This recipe will teach you how to make delicious baked chicken wings with a side of salad. The wings are marinated overnight with garlic, lemon, spices, and vinegar, and then baked in the oven until crispy. Serve with a refreshing salad dressed with salt and olive oil.



Ingredients

  • 12 chicken wings
  • 3 cloves of garlic
  • 2 cloves
  • 1 lemon
  • 1 teaspoon of peppercorns
  • 1 teaspoon of cumin
  • 100 milliliters of vinegar
  • parsley
  • 1 teaspoon of oregano
  • 50 grams of lettuce sprouts
  • olive oil
  • pepper
  • salt
Steps

Wash and dry the lettuce leaves and a few sprigs of parsley, then chop the parsley. Wash and dry the lemon, cut a piece of the peel, and squeeze the juice.


Wash and dry the chicken wings, remove the thin end and separate into two parts. Season with salt and pepper and let them marinate covered in the refrigerator overnight with peeled and crushed garlic cloves, oregano, lemon juice and peel, cloves, cumin, peppercorns, vinegar, and a little oil.


Drain the wings from the marinade and bake them in a preheated oven at 190oC for 20 to 25 minutes. Serve with the salad dressed with salt and oil.
