- 320 grams of rice
- 1 tomato
- 350 grams of diced chicken
- 100 grams of green beans
- 50 grams of cooked chickpeas
- 1 garlic clove
- 1 onion
- 900 milliliters of beef broth
- 1 small glass of white wine

Prepare the ingredients by washing the chicken, peeling and chopping the onion, washing and cutting the green beans, and grating the tomato.
In a large pot, heat 3 tablespoons of olive oil and brown the chicken pieces on all sides. Season with salt and pepper.
Remove the chicken from the pot and set aside. In the same pot, saut the onion for 5 minutes. Add the green beans and garlic, and cook for an additional minute.
