A quick and easy recipe for delicious canaps made with Majorcan sobrasada, honey, and bread slices.
Ingredients
- 4 slices of crustless bread
- 100 grams of majorcan sobrasada
- 2 tablespoons of honey
1. Cut and toast the bread: Cut the bread slices in half and toast them in the oven or toaster.
2. Spread the sobrasada: Generously spread the sobrasada onto the toasted bread slices. It's easier to spread when the sobrasada is at room temperature.
3. Grill the canaps: Grill the toasts in the oven for about 3 minutes, or until the sobrasada starts releasing its own oil.
4. Add honey and serve: Place the slices on a plate and drizzle some honey over them using a fork. Serve the canaps hot.
