Clams with Noodles

A delicious dish made with clams and noodles, cooked in a flavorful broth and seasoned with garlic and spices. Perfect for seafood lovers!



Ingredients

  • 250 grams of thick noodles
  • 350 grams of clams
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 2 chili peppers
  • 1 glass of white wine
  • 1 sprig of parsley
  • oil
  • salt
  • pepper
Steps

Soak the clams in salt water to release any sand.


Boil the noodles in a pot of salted water for about 11 minutes.


In a large pan, heat oil and fry the sliced garlic until golden.


Add the clams and white wine to the pan, cook on high heat until the clams open and the wine reduces.


Drain the noodles and add them to the pan. Stir-fry for a couple of minutes.


Serve the noodles and clams in plates, sprinkle with chopped parsley, and enjoy!
