- 400 grams of red tuna loin
- homemade chapata bread slices
- sprouts
- extra virgin olive oil
- 2 ripe avocados
- 1 lemon
- 1 red onion
- sesame seeds
- salt
- 1 tablespoon of sesame oil
- 3 tablespoons of soy sauce
Chop the onions finely.
Cut the tuna into small half-centimeter dice.
In a large bowl, mix together the soy sauce and sesame oil. Add the tuna and marinate for about 30 minutes.
Peel and dice the avocados. In a separate bowl, drizzle them with lemon juice and a little bit of oil. Add salt to taste and mix well.
Layer the avocado in a plating ring, pressing down with a spoon to make sure it's firm.
Add a generous layer of tuna on top of the avocado, pressing down again. Carefully remove the plating ring.
Repeat the process until all the tuna and avocado is used. Garnish with sesame seeds and sprouts. Serve with chapata toast.
