A delicious and easy-to-make pasta dish with a flavorful combination of sun-dried tomatoes and fresh tuna.
- 350 grams of macaroni
- 1 green bell pepper
- 150 grams of fresh tuna
- 1 spring onion
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 6 sun-dried tomatoes
- 2 tablespoons of whole grain mustard
- 40 milliliters of milk
- teaspoon of chopped chili pepper
- 3 tablespoons of olive oil
- salt
- pepper
Cook the pasta in salted boiling water until al dente, following the instructions on the package.
Clean the spring onion and bell pepper. Wash and chop the bell pepper and tomatoes. Peel and finely chop the garlic. Wash the fresh tuna, pat it dry, season with salt and pepper, and cut it into small cubes.
In a hot skillet, saut the spring onion and bell pepper in olive oil for 3-4 minutes. Season with salt and pepper. Add the tuna, garlic, and tomatoes, and cook for 2 minutes. Drain the cooked pasta and add it to the skillet. Saut everything together for a few moments.
In a separate bowl, mix the milk with the mustard. Pour the mixture into the pasta and stir well. Serve the dish hot, sprinkled with chopped chili pepper.
