A delicious pasta dish with fresh tuna, tomatoes, and black olives
- 350 grams of macaroni
- 200 grams of fresh tuna
- 400 grams of tomatoes
- 3 tablespoons of black aragon olives
- 2 sprigs of parsley
- 6 tablespoons of olive oil
- 2 garlic cloves
- salt
- pepper
1. Prepare the ingredients
Peel and chop the garlic. Pit the olives. Wash, drain, and chop the parsley. Wash and dry the tuna. Cut it into small dice and season with salt and pepper. Also, wash the tomatoes and chop them finely.
2. Saut the tuna and tomato
Heat the oil in a pan, add the fish, and saut it for a few minutes. Add the garlic, mix, and remove the tuna. In the same pan, cook the tomato and the pulp of the olives. Season with salt and pepper, cover, and cook for 8 minutes.
3. Cook the macaroni
Meanwhile, bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the pasta and cook it for about 7-8 minutes, until al dente. Drain it well.
4. Add the sauce to the pasta
Mix the pasta with the tomato sauce and tuna. Sprinkle with the washed and chopped parsley, and serve hot.
