Shrimp canap and hard-boiled egg salad

A delicious appetizer with cooked shrimp and a refreshing salad made with hard-boiled eggs and lettuce.



Ingredients

  • 8 cooked shrimp
  • 2 eggs
  • 4 slices of crustless bread
  • lettuce
Steps

Preheat the oven and toast the bread slices until golden brown.


Peel the shrimp, removing the head and skin.


Boil the eggs for 10 minutes, then cool them under cold water.


Wash the lettuce and finely julienne it.


Chop the eggs and mix them with the lettuce.


Place two shrimp on each bread slice in a circular shape, filling the center with the egg and lettuce mixture.
